Foundations is a focused, 7-session therapeutic process designed to help you build a more stable and supportive base for your life — physically, emotionally, and internally.
This is a structured journey rather than open-ended therapy. Each session has a clear intention, guiding you step by step toward greater clarity, resilience, and alignment.
We begin by understanding where you are right now — your patterns, challenges, and inner landscape. From there, the work expands to include emotional regulation, deeper self-awareness, and reconnecting with the body and spirit as sources of stability and intelligence.
My approach is integrative, combining therapeutic presence with a subtle but intentional awareness of the energetic and spiritual dimensions of experience. Those who are open to it can feel that they are being supported not only psychologically, but also on a deeper, less visible level — where insight, shifts, and resolution often arise in ways that are difficult to force or predict.
At the same time, this work remains grounded and collaborative. There are no beliefs you need to adopt — only your own direct experience.
This process is not about quick fixes. It’s about creating a foundation you can live from — one that supports clearer decisions, steadier relationships, and a more rooted sense of direction.
Foundations may be a good fit if you: – Feel overwhelmed, scattered, or emotionally reactive – Are navigating a transition or period of uncertainty – Want to reconnect with your body and inner stability – Are looking for depth and structure, not just conversation – Are open to exploring both psychological and subtle/energetic dimensions of healing
Each session lasts between 1–2 hours. The process typically unfolds over several weeks, allowing time for integration between sessions.
You will also receive support between sessions throughout the process, when needed.
All sessions are held online.
If you’re looking for a grounded place to begin — or begin again — this work is for you.
