Through guided inner processes, individual sessions, movement, breath, sound, and shamanic practices supported by natural plant medicines, we explore the emotional landscape of the inner system and the dialogue between different aspects of the self. Shamanic Dieta is a deeply immersive process rooted in Indigenous Amazonian traditions, designed to foster a direct and personal relationship with the natural world—particularly the intelligence of plants. Traditionally practiced over periods ranging from several days to many months, a dieta involves stepping away from daily life and entering a space of simplicity, solitude, and intentional reflection. During this time, the participant follows a specific set of dietary and behavioral guidelines while working closely with a chosen plant. The purpose of a dieta can be both healing and learning. For some, it offers a way to gently unwind deeply rooted emotional or behavioral patterns. For others, it is a path of study—developing sensitivity, awareness, and a deeper connection to nature. While each person’s experience is unique, dieta is widely regarded as one of the most intensive and transformative healing processes within Amazonian traditions. The effects are often not immediate, but unfold gradually—continuing to shape perception, behavior, and life direction long after the dieta has ended. Each plant is understood to carry its own unique qualities. Through consistent attention, respect, and presence, participants may begin to experience a subtle shift in perception—developing insight, clarity, and a felt sense of relationship with the natural world. We explore what is emerging, soften inner blocks, and begin to give shape to what is seeking expression. 3-Day Shamanic Retreat A deep immersive space of healing, alignment, and presence. Through shamanic work and inner opening, we support the embodiment of what wants to be born. 3 Weeks — Manifestation & Form Phase From this space, we move into grounding the vision in reality. This may include structure, expression, language, direction — and when aligned, a living form through which your creation can exist in the world.
